Assoc. Prof. Dr. Birkan Birben has experience in general surgery, particularly in liver, biliary tract, and pancreatic surgery, as well as stomach and esophageal surgery, and colon and rectal surgery. He graduated from Karadeniz Technical University Faculty of Medicine and completed his general surgery specialization at Başkent University Ankara Hospital.
Throughout his professional career, he has worked in various healthcare institutions and conducted studies in liver and kidney transplantation, laparoscopic surgery, and robotic surgery. By combining modern surgical techniques with patient safety and an individualized treatment approach, he provides comprehensive healthcare services to his patients.
